Customer delivery update – Coronavirus COVID-19

We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. Currently, there is no delivery disruption from our delivery partners - Royal Mail,  DPD and DHL Express.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, shipping carriers may not be asking for recipients to sign for items delivered.

All UK parcel operations continue as normal.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

* Our couriers have advised us that their entire global courier network is under strain right now with staff down due to self-isolation relative to covid-19, therefore, slight delays are going to be the case for some time.

*Extra days may needed for customs clearance, data checks, availability on the aircraft, public holidays and country delays/restrictions
